We met Roy and Shirley at the Trends Winter University in 2025, and after reconnecting in Antwerp later that year, they invited us to support a PwC Partner Event: “Legal & AI Insights in Contractor Management.” The brief was straightforward: capture a handful of testimonials plus a blend of photos for socials and video for an aftermovie — all while respecting guests’ time, privacy, and the tight schedule of the event.

We recorded the testimonials in a tight window between check-in and the start of the event, and worked around minimal overhead lighting and privacy requirements that kept participants unrecognisable. With a few smart adjustments, the setup came together beautifully.
Despite the constraints, we captured strong stories, delivered polished visuals, and left the team with content that exceeded expectations.
