Every sweater in the Team Lia collection is made after you order it, not before. That means a bit more waiting than usual, and a returns process built around that. Here's exactly how both work.
Shipping
Every piece in this collection only gets printed once you've ordered it. That's what lets every euro that isn't spent on production go straight to Team Lia, which is the whole point of this drop.
The trade-off: this isn't the 1-2 day delivery you're used to from a standard webshop. Because production starts after your order, not before it, expect 5 to 10 working days from order to delivery, depending on where you are.
We know waiting is less fun than unboxing, but it's how the proceeds stay where they belong: with Team Lia.
You'll get a tracking code the moment your order leaves, so you know exactly where your sweater is.
Returns
Even though every item is printed specifically for your order, doesn't fit quite right or had second thoughts? Let us know, and we'll sort it out together.
You can return your order within 14 days of delivery, unworn and with the tag still attached. Send us a message at hello@maft.agency and we'll walk you through the next steps.
Something went wrong on our end? We'll jump on that even faster:
You received the wrong item, size, or colour
The item has a print or production defect
Your package arrived damaged
Report this within 14 days of delivery at hello@maft.agency, with a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Not sure about your size before ordering? Check the size chart on each product, or just message us. Better to ask once too often than end up with a sweater that doesn't fit.
